STOCKED INVENTORY

StitchZone is pleased to announce that our warehouse has expanded. We are now able to stock your "Standard/Tradiational" items in our warehouse. "Standard/Tradiational" items are sweatshirts or jackets that your organization makes every year for your members. This can be for your New Actives or Alumni.

This would reduce the production time and allow us to ship your sweatshirts or jackets to you within 5-7 days, without any additional charges. This would help to eliminate RUSH fees and extras shipping charges. We would like to offer you a special discounted rate for future "Standard/Traditional" orders. This special rate would be valid for 2 years, from the date of the original agreement.

We require at least 30 days advanced order to stock your items.

How this would work:
We require an initial non-refundable 50% deposit for each sweatshirt or jacket you want us to stock. This credit would be given to your organization at your school or to your National level. Just contact us when it is time for you to place your order. We would send you the final invoice for the remaining balance, with the applicable shipping fees and tax rates. Once payment is received, we will ship your order within 5-7 business days. This would be much faster then our Standard 2 week production time.

If the quantity exceeds the pre-order amount, you would simply pay the difference. You may exceed the pre-order quantity by 5 pieces and still receive the order within 5-7 business days. For each additional 5 pieces, it will take us an extra day to produce.
